| Theorodynamics collects specific information in order to run the site properly: email address, username, password, IP address and network information, as well as individual user statistics and activity, such as internet browser, operating system, and affiliate purchases. None of this individual data will ever be disclosed by Theorodynamics to any other party without your written consent except in the case of law enforcement agencies requesting it. We may, however, disclose some information that is not personally identifiable in the form of collective anonymous statistical data. Purchases involved with Theorodynamics are conducted outside of the site by third parties, such as Paypal, Moneybookers, Amazon, etc., so you will need to read their privacy policies regarding the information they collect from you. The only information collected from you by Theorodynamics regarding any of your purchases is statistical, for the purposes of the affiliation we have with those parties or getting you the service you desire. All information obtained directly from Theorodynamics is either stored offline or in a secure database on a secure server provided by Dreamhost shared hosting services. If the information is obtained from a third party, such as Google Analytics, it will be kept on record with that party on their servers. |

Your email address is used by Theorodynamics to verify your account registration, send you newsletters and forum notifications of which you subscribe to or allow, reply to your inquires and feedback, or contact you in the event of a special situation, such as problems with the website or new features. Your email address may also be used to automatically forward messages to you from other registered members contacting you through the forum's email function if you choose to allow this (your email address will remain undisclosed to the sender in this case). All other information obtained by Theorodynamics is for either security purposes, such as identifying a spam account or denying access to a malicious user, or statistical purposes in order to help with advertising and researching ways to enhance the website. |

In order to make all possible contact, your email address may be used for further messaging in the scope of your relationship with Theorodynamics should you consent to becoming a sponsor, a storyteller, or a staff member. In the instance of becoming a storyteller, we will require your Paypal account email address in order to send revenue to you. In the instance of becoming a sponsor, you will be required to identify your account with which we will be receiving payments from for confirmation purposes. If you deem it more efficient for your relationship with Theorodynamics, you have the right to give us more contact information to reach you, such as a telephone number, and this information will be held under the same policy as all other collected information. |

All other information is to be directly posted by you at your full consent, whether through the chatroom, forums, your profile, or other messaging, and can be used by anyone who has access to it for any reason. Theorodynamics does not require any information to be sent to other members or posted publicly, and will not be held responsible for what you decide to post. |

From the User CP, you also have the ability to edit the information for your profile in addition to the privacy level of that information. If you decide to end your relationship with Theorodynamics as a member, customer, sponsor, storyteller, or other type, you may do so at any time by contacting us or not continuing your paid subscription. The information specifically for that relationship will no longer be used and will be discarded if not needed otherwise. |
